摘要
目的:观察糖网增视胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变的临床疗效。方法:将87例患者随机分为2组,观察组43例,服用糖网增视胶囊,6粒/次,3次/d;对照组44例给予西药常规治疗。2组均连续治疗3个月,比较2组治疗后双眼裸眼视力情况及眼底改变情况。结果:观察组治疗后视力超过0.3的比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后眼底检查发现微血管瘤、渗出、无灌注及出血的人次数少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖网增视胶囊治疗糖尿病视网膜病变,能有效逆转患者视网膜病理改变,恢复患者视力。
Objective： To survey curative effects of TangWang ZengShi capsule in treating diabetic retinopathy（DR）. Methods： Eighty-seven patients were randomized into two groups, 43 cases of the observation group took TangWang ZengShi capsule, six pills each time, three times per day; 44 cases of the control group received western medicine. Both groups were treated for three months consecutively, naked vision of both eyes and fundus changes were compared in both groups after treating. Results： The observation group was higher than the control group in the ratio of the patients＇ vision higher than 0.3 after treating（P〈0.05）. The observation group was less than the control group in the times of finding microaneurysm and exudation in the fundus check, as well as the persons without perfusion or bleeding after treating（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： TangWang ZengShi capsule in treating DR could effectively reverse the retinopathy of the patients and obtain visual recovery.
