茶多糖检测方法研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 茶多糖(Tea Polysaccharides,TPS)是茶叶中一类与蛋白质结合在一起的酸性多糖或一种酸性糖蛋白,随原料的老嫩、茶树品种、采摘季节及加工工艺的不同有所差异,一般老叶比嫩叶含量高。现代药理研究表明,茶多糖具有防治心血管疾病[1]、抗氧化[2]、抗肿瘤[3]、抗凝[4]、降血糖[5]、抗动脉粥样硬化[6]等多种功效,同时茶多糖在减慢心率[7]和增强人体非特异性免疫功能方面[8]均有明显作用,是一种很具开发前景的天然资源。
