摘要
通过对综掘工作面粉尘浓度测试结果进行统计分析,探讨了掘进机司机位置粉尘浓度随滚筒割煤高度的变化规律,研究了工作面巷道内粉尘运移沉降及其横纵断面上的扩散规律,得出掘进机割顶煤产尘量最大、"三区"粉尘浓度分布不均,以及呼吸性粉尘所占比例较大且沉降困难等结论,并针对粉尘产生及运移规律提出了相应的粉尘防治建议与措施,为综掘工作面粉尘防治提供了最基础的参考依据。
Based on the statistical analysis of dust concentrations in the fully mechanized heading face,discussion was made on the variation rule of dust concentration at the heading machine driver Position with the height of the cutting head,and study was carried out on the dust movement and settlement in the heading face and the dust diffusion regularity in the horizontal and longitudinal sections. It came to the conclusions that the largest amount of dust generated while the heading machine cut the toP coal,the dust concentration in the“three areas”did not uniformly distribute,and the resPirable dust amounted to a large ProPortion and settled down difficultly. CorresPonding ProPoses and measures for dust control were Put forward according to the dust generation and movement law,and the reference basis were Provided for the dust Prevention and control in the fully mechanized heading face.
