摘要 以二壬基萘磺酸(DNNSA)反胶团煤油溶液萃取电镀含锌废水中的锌离子(Zn(Ⅱ)),分别考察了萃取时间、油水比、萃取剂浓度、萃取温度和初始锌离子浓度对其萃取效果的影响。试验结果表明:以DNNSA作为萃取剂,磺化煤油作为稀释剂,萃取剂DNNSA浓度为0.2mol/L,萃取平衡时间为5min;萃取反应为吸热反应,升高温度有利于萃取,过程热效应△H=53.95kJ/mol;DNNSA反胶团溶液萃取锌离子的萃取容量为35.48mg/g,负载锌的有机相可采用硫酸反萃取。 This paper studies the reverse micelle extraction of Zn from the electroplating wastewater by using dinonylnaphthalene sulfonic acid(DNNSA)in kerosene and discusses the effects of extraction time,oil-water ratio,DNNSA concentration,extraction temperature and Zn(II)concentration.The results show that the extraction equilibrium time is 5min when the DNNSA concentration is 0.2mol/L.The reaction is endothermic and the increase of temperature is conducive to the extraction,and the value of H is 53.95kJ/mol.The extracted capacity of DNNSA is 35.48mg/g.The loaded organic phase with Zinc can be stripped by sulfuric acid.
