摘要
通过亲核试剂与残留在悬浮液中丙烯腈(AN)的亲核加成反应,可降低悬浮液水相和聚合物中丙烯腈的含量。本文通过试验利用亚硫酸氢钠处理悬浮聚合丙烯腈共聚物中残留的AN,考察了反应时间、反应温度、亚硫酸氢钠用量对AN脱除效果的影响,并采用顶空气相色谱法测量了处理前、后悬浮液中水相和聚合物中残留的AN含量。试验结果表明:在一定的反应条件下用亚硫酸氢钠处理悬浮液以后,可将悬浮液中水相和聚合物中的AN含量从几千mg/kg降到100mg/kg以下。
This paper uses the nucleophilic addition reaction of sodium bisulfite and acrylonitrile to reduce the residual acrylonitrile monomer content in latex of acrylonitrile copolymer.The paper also discusses the influence of reaction time,reaction temperature and adding content of sodium bisulfite on the residual acrylonitrile content.HSGC is used to determinate the content of residual acrylonitrile.The results show that the content of acrylonitrile both in aqueous and copolymer could be reduced to the level of being under100mg/kg after the reaction under certain conditions.
