系统以PLC为核心,对带式输送机进行控制,以MCGS组态人工监控界面,对带式输送机实时监控。该系统减少了人员的投入和恶劣工作环境对人体的危害,具有高效、安全、环保的特点。
This system, centered on S7-200 PLC, controls belt conveyors. Manual monitoring interface of this system by the MCGS configuration can help real-time monitor the belt conveyor. Besides, it can also save personnel input and lessen the harm of bad working environment to human body. All in all, it is efficient, safe and environmentally-friendly.
