摘要
目的研究夏天无(伏生紫堇Corydalis decumbens的干燥块茎)中生物碱类化学成分。方法应用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20凝胶、RP-C18柱色谱以及制备HPLC等方法对醋酸乙酯部位进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质与波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从夏天无药材70%乙醇提取物中分离得到11个生物碱类化合物,分别鉴定为普洛托品(1)、隐品巴马汀(2)、β-别隐品碱(3)、隐品碱(4)、(6S,6a S,M)-异紫堇定碱(5)、球紫堇碱(6)、夏无碱(7)、左旋紫堇根碱(8)、毕枯枯灵(9)、(-)-7′-O-甲基夏无碱(10)、epi-coryximine(11)。结论化合物5和10为首次从紫堇属植物中分离得到,化合物3、8和11为首次从夏天无中分离得到。
Objective To study the alkaloids chemical composition from stem of Corydalis decumbens. Methods The compounds from the ethyl acetate part were separated and purified through various kinds of chromatographic methods and their structures were identified by physico-chemical properties of spectroscopic methods. Results Eleven alkaloids compounds were isolated and identified. They were protopine (1), muramine (2), [3-allocryptopine (3), cryptopine (4), (6S, 6aS, M)-isocorydine (5), bulbocapine (6), (+)-egenine (7), (-)-corypalmine (8), bicuculline (9), (-)-7'-O-methylegenine (10), and epi-eoryximine (11). Conclusion Compounds 5 and 10 are isolated from this genus for the first time. Compound 3, 8, and 10 are isolated from this plant for the first time
