摘要
为平衡冲击性负荷对电能质量的影响,采用大功率可控硅构成的调节阀组,在测控装置的测控下,检测电网系统母线角速度、电功率等电网矢量变化,根据指令电流运算电路,控制调节阀门通断实现电流补偿,以ABLS系统电极盾实现有功功率平衡,以滤波装置、大容量电抗实现谐波、无功平衡。ABLS系统对电网系统的有功冲击、无功冲击、高次谐波等不利因素能有效抑制,系统运行结果显示电网电能质量得到明显改善,说明大功率可控硅在冲击性负荷调节方面可以起到有效作用。ABLS系统的成功投运,有助于改变长期以来带有冲击性负荷的孤立电网的不安全运行状态。
To balance the effect of impact load on power quality,the regulating valve constructed by high-power thyristor was used to detect the changes of grid system bus angular velocity and electrical power,etc,under the monitoring and control of PMU and PSS. According to the command current calculating circuit,control of regulating valve is to realize the current compensation,ABLS electrode shield to realize the balance of active power,filtering device and large capacity reactance to realize the harmonic and reactive power balance. The ABLS system can effectively inhibit the unfavorable factors of power system,like active power and reactive power impact,high order harmonics,etc. The running result of system shows the power quality has been significantly improved,which means the large power SCR can play an effective role in the impact load regulation. The successful operation of the ABLS system is contributed to change the long time unsafe operation condition of the isolated power system with impact load.
