摘要
目的明确某汽车零部件铸业公司扩建项目产生的职业病危害因素,提出相应的职业病控制措施。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业卫生检测等方法收集数据和资料,对该项目职业病危害现状进行评价。结果该项目生产过程中产生的职业病危害因素有矽尘、铝合金粉尘、氧化铝粉尘、锰及其化合物、一氧化碳、苯酚、甲醛、氨、噪声、高温。其中除浇铸单元浇铸工接触噪声的8 h等效声级(Lex,8 h)为90.3 d B(A),切割工接触噪声的Lex,8 h为94.7 d B(A),砂芯单元砂芯工接触噪声的Lex,8 h为91.1 d B(A),超过噪声的职业接触限值外,其余作业岗位职业病危害因素均合格。结论该项目在生产工艺过程中产生的职业病危害因素有化学因素和物理因素,应加强职业卫生管理和防噪声的综合措施。
[ Objective ] To identify the occupational hazards in the expansion production project of an automobile parts casting company, propose the appropriate control measures against the occupational hazards. [ Methods] The field occupational health investiga- tion and occupational health detection were used to collect the data, so as to evaluate the current situation of occupational hazards in this project. [ Results ] The main occupational hazards in the production process of this project included silica dust, aluminum alloy dust, aluminum oxide dust, manganese and its compounds, carbon monoxide, phenol , formaldehyde, ammonia, noise and heat stress. The 8-hour equivalent sound level ( Lex,8h) for noise of casting workers, cutters and die casting workers was respectively 90. 3 dB( A), 94.7 dB( A) and 91.1 dB( A), which were higher than the occupational exposure limits, and the levels of occupa- tional hazards in other posts were all qualified. [ Conclusion] The main occupational hazards in the production process of this project include the chemical and physical factors, and it is necessary to strengthen the occupational health management and comprehensive anti-noise measures.
