摘要
简要介绍了C2H2型、C4型和C6型三类锌指蛋白,分别从三类锌指蛋白总结了其在丝状真菌纤维素酶基因表达调控中发挥的作用,举例分析了锌指蛋白在纤维二糖水解酶Ⅰ和纤维二糖水解酶Ⅱ编码基因上表达调控的过程,结合相关研究总结了锌指蛋白在丝状真菌产纤维素酶中应用,最后指出通过该方面研究将有助于在分子水平上揭示纤维素酶表达调控的机理,为高效率、低成本生产纤维素酶奠定基础。
Three kinds of zinc finger protein C2H2、 C4 and C6 type are briefly introduced, and the role of their regulating gene expression cellulose enzyme are summarized in filamentous fungi. For analysis of the zinc finger protein in cellobiose hydrolase I and ceUobiose hydrolysis enzyme II encoding gene expression regulation, combinated with related research summarizes the applications of zinc finger protein in filamentous fungi cellulase . Finally , this research pointed out a significant effect is good for the molecular level to reveal the mechanism of cellulase expression regulation for high efficiency and low cost production of cellulase to lay the foundation.
