稻壳粉一次性餐盘的制备及力学性能研究 被引量:3

Preparation and Mechanical Properties of Disposable Dishes Based on Rice Husk Powder

摘要 以稻壳粉作为基材,以色拉油为脱模剂,并以黄原胶和羧甲基纤维素钠作为粘合剂,用冷压法制备一次性可降解的餐盘,并且对其静曲强度和负重性进行了检测。正交试验结果表明,最优力学性能的配方组合为稻壳粉159.25g(91%w/w)、黄原胶7.00g(5%w/w)、羧甲基纤维素钠8.75g(4%w/w)。 A kind of biodegradable disposable dishes were prepared by cold-press approach with rice husk powder as a substrate,salad oil as a release agent,xanthan gum and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as a bind-er.Modulus of rupture and weight-bearing of dishes were investigated.Orthogonal test results showed that the optimal combination of mechanical properties of the recipe is rice husk powder 159.25g (91%w/w),xanthan gum 7.00g (5% w/w),sodium carboxymethyl cellulose 8.75g (4 % w/w).
