生物可降解食管支架的研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 对于良性食管狭窄,临床一般使用探条或者是球囊扩张等手段,有数据表明,这样的治疗手段可以使患者吞咽困难缓解率达80%-90%[1]。然而长期的临床随访可以发现,良性狭窄复发率可达30%-60%,故考虑应该采用扩张后放置支架的手段来治疗食管良性狭窄等疾病。但是,常规支架的术后再狭窄、不易取出、疼痛、穿孔、出血及异物反应等不良反应使得支架植入术仍然面临着众多挑战。所以,对于良性狭窄则一般不采用金属支架的治疗手段。
