摘要
依据职业岗位能力要求和专业特点探索适应金融专业的工学结合人才培养模式是五年制高职金融专业建设的重要内容。本文通过对金融行业的调研、分析,结合金融业最新的发展趋势及人才需求状况,科学设计课程体系和教学方案,以更好地培养发展型、复合型、创新型的技术技能人才。
It is the important content for the construction of five-year higher vocational financial profession to explore personnel training mode with combination of learning and working to adapt to the financial profession by the capacity requirements and professional characteristics of professional station. Through the research and analysis of financial industry, combined with the latest development trend and talent demand of financial industry, this paper scientifically designs the course system and teaching plan to better train the developmental, compound, innovative technical skill talents.
