ICON渗透树脂对釉质龋白斑颜色及表面微硬度的影响 被引量:7

The efficacy of ICON resin infiltration treatment on the color and microhardness of white spot lesions

摘要 目的研究ICON渗透树脂微创治疗材料对釉质龋白斑颜色和表面微硬度的影响。方法选择牛门齿100颗,将唇面向下作为观察面,环氧树脂包埋、打磨。暴露至少6mm×10mm的釉质牙面,分A、B、C、D 4个区,A区用抗酸指甲油封闭。采用人工龋脱矿液脱矿后,B区不做处理,C区经氟化物处理,D区经ICON渗透树脂处理,用电子分光光度比色仪测量L*值,用维氏硬度仪测量表面显微硬度值。结果脱矿后样本B、C、D区L*值较A区升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经材料干预治疗后,C、D区与B区相比,其L*值均较B区降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D区的L*值与A区相比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。样本脱矿后及脱矿样本经处理后B、C、D区的表面显微硬度(SMH)值较A区均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经材料干预治疗后,两两比较,B区SMH值低于C区,C区SMH值低于D区,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 ICON渗透树脂对龋白斑的颜色和表面显微硬度的改善效果优于氟化物。 Objective To study the effect of two minimally invasive surgical treatment materials including Varnish XT and ICON resin infiltration,on the color and surface microhardness of enamel caries white spot.Methods 100 incisors of cow were selected,leaving lip side down as the observation side,ethoxyline resin was embedded and polished.Exposed an area of at least 6 mm×10 mm on the enamel face,and divid-ed into A,B,C,D four regions,after treated with demineralization liquid for artificial caries,B region was adopted no treatment for,C region was treated with fluoride D region was treated with ICON resin in-filtration,and antiacid nail polish sealing was used before demineralization.Electronic spectrophotometer was used to measure L* value,and microhardness meter test of the surface micro-hardness of each re-gions was also undertaken.Results After demineralization,L* value of B,C,D of all samples increased remarkably;After treatment,L*values of C,D of all samples decreased compared with B region,and it was statistical significance (P 〈0.05);There was no statistical significance of L*value between A and D regions (P〉0.05).Based on test of the surface micro-hardness of each regions,after treatment,SMH of B,C,D of all samples decreased remarkably.SMH of C,D of all samples increased compared with B re-gion,Meanwhile B〈C and C〈D for SMH,with statistical significance (P 〈0.05).Conclusion ICON resin infiltration has obvious improvement effect on white spot of caries and has obvious improvement effect on SMH,ICON resin infiltration is superior to fluoride.
