摘要
目的 了解上海市郊区急诊专业护士临床实践培训过程的体会和建议,为进一步完善急诊专科护士临床实践培训模式提供理论依据.方法 采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对11名受访对象进行个人深入访谈,采用Colaizzi 7步分析法提炼主题.结果 受访者认为：急诊专业护士临床实践培训很重要;培训内容遵循实训大纲并结合区域学员的需求适当扩展,对提高学员的实际工作能力有帮助,学员希望能获得更多前沿知识;培训运用了PBL教学法、情境模拟式考核方式,较新颖;老师专业知识、技能扎实,带教能力及敬业精神较强.结论 应倾听培训学员的心声,采纳相关建议,以逐步完善急诊专业护士临床实践培训的模式.
Objective To understand the experiences and suggestions for clinical practice training of emergency nurses in suburb of Shanghai City, and to provide theoretical basis for further improving clini- cal practice training of nurses in emergency department. Methods Using the phenomenological methods and Colaizzi 7 step analysis method to refine the theme, 11 interviews were conducted. Results Respon- dents believed emergency nurses in clinical practice training was important; Training content should follow the training outline and needed appropriate extension according with the demand of the regional students, and help to improve the students＇ practical ability to work. The students hoped to gain more knowledge. PBL teaching method and situational simulation assessment mode were used. The teachers＇ solid profession- al knowledge, skills, and teaching ability and professional dedication were strong. Conclusions We should listen to the voices of training students, adopt relevant suggestions, and gradually improve the clini- cal practice training of emergency nurses mode.
