标准化病人在社区医患沟通能力教学中的应用 被引量:24

Application of standardized patients( SP) curriculum about the cultivation of doctor-patient communication competence for general practitioners in health service center

摘要 目的评估标准化病人(Standardized Patient,SP)在社区全科医师医患沟通技能培训中的作用。方法选取2010—2011年在社区基地实习4周的全科医师30名,给予SP教学后,分别在第1周与第4周根据SEGUE量表进行医患沟通技能培养的评估。结果 30名全科医师,男性8名,女性22名,平均年龄(26±1)岁,90%对社区医患沟通技能方面的教学表示满意。SP教学后全科医师医患沟通技能较教学前明显提高,主要表现在信息收集(66.6%)、信息给予(53.3%)、结束问诊(53.3%)3个方面(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义,总体合格率由教学前的23.3%提高到教学后的93.3%。结论社区全科医师医患沟通能力可以通过SP短期教学提高,其中在信息收集、信息给予、结束问诊3个方面的提高较为显著。因此,SP在社区医患沟通能力教学中的应用值得推广。 Objective Assessment the role of standardized patients(SP) for teaching about doctor-patient communication competence of general practitioners in health service center. Methods Choose 30 general practitioners who had been giv- en the SP curriculum in 4 weeks in our community health care from 2010 to 2011, and then evaluate the GPs' doctor-pa- tient communication competence according to the SEGUE scale. Results 30 general practitioners,the male 8, female 22, with mean age (26 ±1 ) years old. 90% demonstrated their satisfaction with the training of SP about doctor-patient com- munication skills. And GPs' doctor-patient communication competence had been greatly improved after 4 weeks. Its basi- cally behave in :information collection (66.6%), information given ( 53.3% ), end of inquiry ( 53.3% ), P 〈 0.01, there was a significant difference between first week and forth. Overall qualified rate rose from around 23.3% to 93.3%. Con- clusion GPs can increase their ability of doctor-patient communication through SP learning for a short-term. Especially for information collection,information given,end of inquiry. Therefore,the SP curriculum can be applied to the community health service center.
