摘要
建设一支专业素质高、服务意识强、办事效率高、创新意识强、科研成果显著的教学秘书队伍对于新建本科高校的教学管理水平和教学质量的提高具有重要的作用。文章以陕西学前师范学院为例,对该院教学秘书队伍的现状及存在的问题进行深入剖析,为进一步提出相应的建议和措施提供参考。
To construct a teaching secretary team with high professional quality, strong sense of service, high efficiency, strong sense of innovation and outstanding scientific research achievement is very important for the improvement of the teaching management level and the teaching quality of newly-established universities. Taking Shaanxi Xueqian Normal University as an example, this article analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of teaching secretary team, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and measures.
