摘要 针对电阻炉类烘干设备温度控制系统滞后严重、能源浪费等问题,设计了一种以AT89C52单片机为核心,数字温度传感器DS18B20采集温度信息、LCD1602显示和执行模块为一体的温度控制系统。根据设定干燥的温度范围,主加热系统主要进行加热干燥,控温部分采用较小功率的加热管,辅助加热同时调节干燥温度。系统在proteus软件上仿真,能够实现低温加热、高温报警降温,同时可以显示当前温度,随时调整温度范围等功能。该系统具有简单方便、适应性强、电能利用率高等优点。 Aiming at the problem of resistance furnace drying equipment temperature control system lags seriously and wasting energy .Design a temperature control system which with AT 89 C52 single chip microcomputer as the core , digital temperature sensor DS18B20 collecting temperature information , LCD1602 display and execution module as a whole .According to the set temperature range , the main heating system plays a major role in heating and drying , temperature control part adopts low power heating tube , heating and adjusting the heating temperature .The system simulated in the Proteus .Which can start the heater when temperature is lower .When temperature is higher , alarm function and cooling device start . Meanwhile , the system has displaying the current temperature , adjusting temperature range and other functions.Has the advantages of simple and convenient, strong adaptability, high utilization of the advantages of electric energy .
