摘要
浮针疗法临床疗效显著,但其作用机制仍然模糊不清。近10年,经络理论及西方的软组织相关研究有了长足的进展,尤其是循经低流阻通道的发现和验证,为浮针疗法机制的论述提供了一定的条件。该文从经筋痛点产生机制、浮针操作以及临床疗效特点等方面,结合循经低流阻通道、组织通道、筋膜学等相关知识对其机制进行论述,以期推动浮针、针灸理论的发展。
Fu's Subcutaneous Needling has clinically significant effect, but its mechanism is still unclear. Nearly 10 years, the research on meridian theory and western soft tissue has made great progress, particularly the discovery and validation of Low Hy- draulic Resistance Channel along Meridians, which provides certain conditions for the mechanism discussion of Fu~ Subcutaneous Needling. This article discusses its mechanism from the pain point of generation mechanism by tendon, operation and clinical effi- cacy, etc. of Fu "s Subcutaneous Needling, combining with Low Hydraulic Resistance Channel along Meridians, Organizational Channels, Fasciology, etc. to promote the development of Fu's Subcutaneous Needling and acupuncture theory.
