摘要
运用比浊法测定皂角多糖修饰物的硫酸基含量.采用分光光度法,最大吸收波长为360 nm,研究了该方法的稳定性、重现性、回收率、定量限.稳定性试验表明,同一样品在8~36 min内检测值比较稳定;重现性试验表明,24h重复检测RSD <2.4%;定量限试验表明,该方法可以检测到的最低浓度是1mg/30ml;回收率为102%,相对标准偏差不大于3%.该方法准确、快速、灵敏度较高、重现性好,适用于植物多糖硫酸基含量的测定.
Barium sulfate turbidity was used for determining the SO42- content in the honeyloeust polysac- charides. SO42- content was determined on spectrophotometer at 360 nm. Study on the method of stability, re- producibility, recovery rate, limit of quantification. Stability test showed that, the samples detection in 8 - 36 minutes was relatively stable ; The reproducibility test showed that, repetitive detection in 24h the RSD 〈 2. 4%; the limit of quantitation experiments showed that, the method can detect the lowest concentration was lmg/30ml; the recovery rate was 102%, the relative standard deviation was less than 3%. The method has been proved to be accurate, rapid, high sensitivity, good reproducibility. It is suitable for the determination of the SO42- content in plant polysaccharides.
