厚朴无性系测定与优良无性系选择 被引量:2

摘要 开展无性系选择,对充分利用厚朴个体遗传差异,实现无性系造林,提高种植效益,具有重要意义。无性系测定结果表明:径高生长、单株材积、树皮率、干皮总酚含量、根皮总酚含量等6个性状均具较高的无性系重复力;无性系间该6个性状的表现,均存在极显著差异。通过聚类分析,综合6个主要经济性状表现,选择获得的FS02、FN04、FN05、FN08、FS03、ZN03等6个优良无性系,与CK比较,胸径、树高、单株材积、树皮率、干皮总酚含量、根皮总酚含量遗传增益分别达到27.22%、20.36%、58.92%、30.75%、18.10%、19.82%。相关分析结果表明,厚朴原株与无性系分株之间,在胸径、树高、树皮率、干皮总酚含量性状表现上,具有极密切的线性相关。 The clonal selection is important for Magnolia officinalis as it makes full use of individual genetic differences of Magnolia officinalis, realizes and clonal afforestation, and increases the yield. The clonal test showed that 6 traits which included diameter and height growth, individual volume, percent of bark and total phenolic content of trunk bark and root bark had high clonal repeatability. Through the cluster analysis and performance of integrated 6 main economic traits, the paper selected and obtained 6 superior clones which were FS02、FN04、FN05 、FN08、FS03、ZN03. The genetic gains of diameter, height, individual volume, percent of bark and total phenolic content of trunk bark and root bark were 27.22%, 20.36%, 58.92%, 30.75%, 18.10%, 19.82% that compared with the CK. The results showed that the character performance of the Magnolia Officinalis original plant and ramet had linear correlation closely.
