中性粒细胞明胶酶相关载脂蛋白对脓毒症急性肾损伤患者的早期诊断价值 被引量:6

摘要 急性肾损伤(AKI)的临床发病率及病死率很高,脓毒症是引起AKI的最常见病因。脓毒症合并AKI患者病死率明显升高。研究显示脓毒症患者AKI的病死率高达73%。因此,临床上早期识别与诊断AKI并及时给予干预,对改善脓毒症患者的预后尤为重要。目前,临床上常用肌酐作为AKI的诊断标准,由于受多种因素的影响,且在AKI诊断时敏感性不高,难以早期识别AKI。
