摘要
推动和促进产教融合校企合作是加快现代职业教育发展的必然要求。在产教融合校企合作过程中,高职院校首先要认识和理解校企双方在校企合作过程中的共同的利益诉求、目标追求和机制创新的诉求。此外,要以建设特色专业为创新点、以建设特色课程为突破口、以适应企业发展和对接企业岗位为目标,深化产教融合促进校企合作。
Promoting production education integration and school-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable requirement to speed up the devel- opment of modem vocational education. In the process of production education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, higher vocational colleges should first understand the common interest demand, goals and mechanism innovation demand. Moreover, higher vocational colleges should deepen production education integration and promote school-enterprise cooperation with the in- novation point of constructing feature specialties, with constructing specialty courses as a breakthrough point, and with the aim of a- dapting to enterprise development and the combination of enterprise posts.
