摘要
针对预应力损失造成的T梁翼缘板开裂问题,以福建某T梁桥为依托工程,借鉴嵌入式预应力混凝土组合单元模型的概念建立Ansys实体模型,考虑预应力损失20%,分析预应力损失对翼缘板截面上各关键点处的应力状态的影响.研究表明,T梁翼缘板与腹板交接附近位置应力较大,且预应力损失后,T梁翼缘板与腹板交接处应力增加明显,因此桥梁运营过程中,在超载等不利因素作用下更容易造成该位置的混凝土主拉应力过大,引起开裂.
In light of the T-beam flange cracking problem caused by the loss of prestress, taking a T-beam bridge in Fujian province as an objective project and using the concept of prestressed concrete composite ele- ment model, an Ansys solid model is established. Considering 20% loss of prestress, the influence of pre- stress loss on the stress state in the cross-section of the flange of the key points is analyzed. The study results show that the stress of the location between T-beam flange and web handover is larger; and after the loss of prestress, the stress increased significantly. So in the process of bridge operation, under the influence of un- favorable factors such as overload ,it is more likely to cause too large principal tensile stress in concrete on this location, so as to crack.
