摘要
目的对优质护理服务中实施PDCA管理模式的临床体会进行研究分析。方法从我院住院患者中选取96例进行研究分析,并按照患者临床护理措施将其分为治疗组(采用PDCA管理模式下优质护理措施护理)和对照组(采用常规临床护理措施护理),均为48例,对比两组患者的临床护理质量、器械以及药品操作合格率、基础理论操作率以及护理满意度。结果实施干预前,两组患者的危重症护理合格率、基础护理合格率、护理文件书写合格率、健康教育知晓率、急救物品以及器械完好率比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05),实施干预后,治疗组干预后效果明显于干预前,且干预后优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组护理满意率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对患者护理过程中和优质护理服务中实施PDCA管理模式具有良好作用,可显著改善患者临床症状,提高患者对护理总满意度。
Objective To analyze the clinical experience of applying PDCA management model in quality nursing ser-vice. Methods Chose 96 patients treated in our hospital to under analysis. They were assigned into observation group which received quality nursing measures under PDCA management model and control group which received conven-tional clinical nursing measures, with 48 patients in each group. Nursing quality, passing rate of equipment and drug operating, basic theory operating rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results Before the im-plementation of the intervention, there were no obvious differences in critical illness nursing qualification rate, basic nursing qualification rate, nursing papers writing qualification rate, heath education awareness rate, and first aid items and equipment intact rate between the two groups (P〉0.05﹚. After the implementation of the intervention, the clinical effect of observation group was obviously better than that before implementation of the intervention. And the clinical ef-fect of observation group was better than control group after the implementation of the intervention. The comparison was of statistical significance (P〈0.05﹚. Nursing satisfaction of observation group was obviously better than that of control group, and there was statistical difference(P〈0.05﹚. Conclusion Applying PDCA management model in quality nursing service during the nursing of patients has good effect. It can significantly improve clinical symptoms of patients and in-crease nursing satisfaction of patients.
