摘要
目的:分析重度颅脑损伤患者实施优质护理及急救措施的效果。方法:选取2012年1月-2014年5月笔者所在医院急诊科收治的100例重度颅脑损伤患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组给予优质护理及必要的急救措施,对照组给予常规护理。观察比较两组患者的抢救成功、死亡及基础护理合格情况、平均处置时间及患者和家属对护理工作满意度评分。结果:观察组的抢救成功率、基础护理合格率分别为96.0%、98.0%,均明显高于对照组的76.0%、84.0%,死亡率4.0%明显低于对照组的24.0%,平均处置时间(35±13)min明显短于对照组的(67±32)min,患者及家属满意度评分(99.2±0.79)分明显高于对照组的(89.3±1.42)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质护理及急救措施能够缩短重度颅脑损伤患者的平均处置时间,提高护理质量以及患者对护理工作的满意程度,改善患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。
Objective：To explore the effect of high quality nursing care and first aid measures for patients with severe craniocerebral injury.Method：100 patients with severe craniocerebral injury admitted to emergency department in our hospital from January 2012 to May 2014 were selected,they were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,50 cases in each group.The observation group was given high quality nursing care and the necessary first aid measures,and the control group was given routine care.The successful rescue,death and basic nursing qualification conditions,the average processing time and the patients and their families for high quality nursing service satisfaction scores between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：The survival rate and the basic nursing passing rate of the observation group were 96.0%,98.0%,which were significantly higher than 76.0% and 84.0% of control group,the mortality rate of observation group was 4.0%,it was significantly lower than 24.0% of control group,the mean disposing time of observation group was（35±13）min,it was significantly shorter than（67±32）min of control group,the satisfaction score of patients and their family members in observation group was（99.2±0.79）score,it was significantly higher than（89.3±1.42）score in control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：High quality nursing care and emergency first aid measures can reduce the mean disposing time of severe craniocerebral injury patients,improve the quality of nursing and patients satisfaction of nursing work,improve the prognosis of patients,is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
