摘要
目前,中小学生课业负担过重的问题还普遍存在。我们必须充分认识学生课业负担过重的严峻现实和严重后果,深刻认识学生课业负担过重的多方面原因,采取有力措施,标本兼治,切实减轻中小学生课业负担。作为治标之策,教育部不仅要出台《小学生减负十条规定》,而且要出台《中学生减负十条规定》,并把"双十条规定"真正落实到实际中。作为治本之策,要端正教育思想,深化教育改革,完善教育制度,实行综合治理,从根本上为中小学生"减负"。
Elementary and secondary schools students＇ issue of overweight schoolwork burden is still widespread. It is a must to realize the grim reality, its serious consequence and various causes. Vigorous actions should be taken, addressing both the symptoms and the root cause to alleviate students＇ school burden. As measures to treat the symptoms, the Ministry of Education should not only introduce the Ten Rules to alleviate the burden of elementary school students, but also introduce the Ten Rules to alleviate the burden of secondary school students. What＇s more, the Double Ten Rules should be practicable. As measures to treat the root cause, it is a must to purify the education thought, deepen the education reform, optimize the education system and deepen reform in all areas by implementing a comprehensive control strategy. Only by doing so can elementary and secondary schools students＇ burden be alleviated.
