摘要
目的:观察小青龙汤加减治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效。方法:将61例哮喘患儿随机分成两组。对照组29例给予常规西药治疗,治疗组32例给予口服小青龙汤加减治疗。比较两组病例治疗后临床疗效。结果:经治疗后对照组总有效率为79.31%,治疗组总有效率为93.75%,治疗后两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小青龙汤加减治疗小儿寒性哮喘的临床疗效优于单纯应用西药治疗,值得临床推广。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating pediatric asthma. Methods：61 cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The patients in control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the patients in treatment group were treated with Xiaoqinglong decoction. Results：After treatment, total effective rate of treatment group was 93.75%,it was better than that of control group （79.31%,P〈0.05）. Conclusion ：The clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong decoction in treating pediatric asthma is superior to that of pure western medicine. The method is worthy of clinical promotion.
