摘要
首先,在过程分析的基础上,提出了信息资源开发利用工作的演化模型。其次,从产业链视角探讨了信息资源产业的3个基本类型,并分别给出了主要特征及相互联系。最后,从政策法规、行业、组织机构3个层面提出了推进我国信息资源产业的策略和建议。
Firstly,based on the process analysis,this paper proposes the evolution model of information resources development and utilization. Then,the paper discusses 3 basic types of information resources industry from the perspective of industry chain,and provides the main characteristics and mutual connections respectively. Finally,the paper puts forward strategies and suggestions for promoting information resources industry in China from 3 levels of policy and regulation,industry and organization.
