摘要
心肌梗死是心脏猝死的高危因素,提高心肌梗死诊断的准确性尤为重要。心电图诊断心肌梗死存在着局限性,心电向量图则能够弥补心电图的不足。本文从心肌梗死向量图的构图原理着手,借助心电图的测算方法,对临床典型心肌梗死心电向量图进行实例分析,提出一种简单快捷、实用易懂的心肌梗死心电向量图识图技巧,籍此轻松入门心电向量图。
Myocardial infarction is a risk factor for sudden cardiac death,and thus it is particu-larly important to improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of myocardial infarction.There are limita-tions of diagnosing the disease by electrocardiogram（ECG）,however,vectorcardiogram（VCG）can make up for ECG＇s deficiency.From the composition principle of myocardial infarction VCG,this paper carries out a case analysis of clinically typical VCGs of myocardial infarction in the measuring method of ECG,and proposes a simple,quick,practical and intelligible technique of reading the VCG of myocardial infarction.In this method,we can easily cross the threshold of VCG.
