摘要
目的在中药保留灌肠的基础上联合中药外敷对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果,并总结护理经验。方法选择2012年3月—2013年9月收入消化科病房的溃疡性结肠炎患者80例随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规的中药保留灌肠治疗及护理,观察组在中药保留灌肠的基础上辨证运用中药外敷治疗。比较2组患者总体疗效的差异,及腹痛、腹泻、脓血便单项症状的改善情况。结果比较治疗2周后的主要症状总体疗效,观察组较对照组有统计学意义;比较2组治疗1周后腹痛、腹泻、脓血便单项症状评分,观察组在腹痛、脓血便的改善上优于对照组。结论中药外敷联合中药保留灌肠总体疗效优于单用中药保留灌肠,且加用中药外敷有助于缓解腹痛、脓血便症状。
Objective The Effect of TCM retention enema combined with TCM external treatment on patients with ulcerative colitis and summarize the nursing experience. Methods 80 patients with ulcerative colitis in Gastroenterology Department from March 2012 to September 2013 were randomly divided into observation group and control group（ 40 cases in each group）. The control group was given conventional TCM retention enema treatment and nursing,while the observation group was added TCM external treatment. The differences of curative effects,symptoms and signs hierarchical quantification standard score of abdominal pain,diarrhea,and purulent blood were compared between the two groups. Results The overall efficacy indexes in observation group have more statistical significance than those of the control group after 2-week treatment. The individual symptom scores of abdominal pain,diarrhea and purulent blood in observation group were better than those of control group after 1-week treatment. Conclusion The overall curative effect of TCM external treatment combined with TCM retention enema is superior to single use of TCM retention enema. Moreover,TCM external treatment can help alleviate symptoms of abdominal pain and purulent blood.
