摘要
介绍了环保型弹性耐候型丙烯酸聚氨酯的制备方法,讨论了羟基丙烯酸树脂种类及用量、聚天门冬氨酸树脂的用量、填料的种类及用量、催化剂的种类和用量、溶剂的种类和用量对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明,研制的环保型弹性耐候丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料具有极强的附着力、良好的耐候性和弹性,可抵抗混凝土表面的轻微裂纹。
An environmental friendly weather-resistant elastomeric acrylic polyurethane, coating was prepared. The impact of hydroxy acrylic resin type and content, aspartate resin content, filler type and content,catalyst type and content, solvent type and content and etc. on the performances of the acrylic polyurethane coating were discussed. The obtained acrylic polyurethane coating showed strong adhesion, exceptional weather resistance,good elasticity,excellent performance resistant to slightly cracking of the concrete surface and so on.
