摘要 计算流体力学(CFD)技术在贮运保鲜装备的研发与优化中应用广泛。其特点是利用离散化数学方法,对流体力学的各种问题进行计算机模拟、数值试验和分析研究,用于帮助工程技术人员剖析和解决问题。对CFD在贮运保鲜装备与技术研发的应用进行了综述,并从提高模型精确度、扩宽研究范围以及增加创新模拟等方面,分析了CFD技术运用的发展趋势。 Computational fluid dynamics (CFD) technology is widely used in the development and optimization of refrigerated storage and transportation equipment. Its characteristic is the application of discrete mathematics method to various hydromechanics problems with computer simulation, numerical experiment and analysis, which is used to help engineers to analyze and solve problems. The applications of CFD in developing the technologies of refrigerated storage and transportation equipment were reviewed. By focusing on improving model accuracy, widening fields of study and increasing innovation and other aspects of simulation, the future trends of the use of CFD technology was analyzed.
