摘要
对超薄壁马氏体钢管进行加工工艺研究分析,研制高精度整圆式专用夹紧装置,采用田口法切削参数优化试验,以总切削力、表面粗糙度和硬化值作为质量特征,通过参数化设计计算分析得出超薄壁马氏体钢车削加工切削参数最优组合,并进行实验验证加工工艺的可行性。
The processing technology of martensitic steel pipe was studied. A high - accuracy whole circle style clamping device was specially developed. Using Taguchi parameter design method to ascertain the optimum technological. Cutting force, surface roughness and degree of hardness are the three qualitative characteristics, the optimum combination including every variable in martensitic steel pipe cutting can be calculated from the model. Experiments validate the feasibility and correctness of the method.
