^(18)F-FDG PET图像纹理分析的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 PET/CT作为新一代核医学影像诊断技术,将功能信息与解剖结构相结合,实现了PET图像和CT图像同机融合,极大地提高了临床诊断水平[1]。目前临床工作中,多数医师结合CT征象与标准摄取值(standard uptake value,SUV)对疾病进行诊断[2]。肿瘤内的18F-FDG摄取是由多种因素构成的,包括细胞成分、增殖、血管生成、坏死及缺氧等。
