摘要
以纯化后的大黄素为荧光探针分子,考察了其对不同金属离子荧光响应情况.实验结果表明,大黄素与Mg2+以2∶1的络合比形成强荧光配合物(λmax=599 nm),Mg2+浓度在0~1.05×10-5mol/L与荧光发射强度呈良好的线性关系,并通过条件优化,建立了对Mg2+含量检测具有高选择性、高灵敏度的荧光分析体系.
The commercial emodin was purified and studied for the highly selective and sensitive detection of met- al ions. Owing to the high affinity of emodin to Mg2+ , the weak luminescent probe can specifically and rapidly react with Mg2+ to yield the corresponding complex with large red-shifted emission wavelength and remarkable lu- minescence enhancement. Based on this probe, a rapid, selective and sensitive luminescence method for the de- tection of Mg2+ was established.
