摘要
护理绩效管理是医院体制改革和优质护理的重要研究内容。文章分析了我国现有的护理管理模式,总结了国内常用的护理绩效管理方法,包括关键业绩指标法、平衡计分卡法、目标管理法、360°反馈法、"六西格玛"法。并指出国内护理绩效管理中存在的问题,如对护理绩效管理缺乏正确认识,护理绩效管理实操性不合理,护理绩效管理不合理的问题。最后提出改进护理绩效管理的措施,为护理绩效管理的完善提供参考。
Nursing performance management is a very important research content in hospital reform and high quality nursing care. The paper analyzed the domestic current models of nursing management, and summarized the methods of nursing performance appraisal including key performance index, balanced score card, target management,360 ~ feedback and "six sigma". Besides, the paper pointed out the problems in nursing performance management, such as lack of cor- rect recognition of nursing performance management, unreasonable practical operability and management of nursing performance management. At last, measures were provided to improve nursing performance management.
