复发性流产男性配偶精子核蛋白不成熟度检测的临床意义 被引量:1

The clinical significance of the detection of sperm nucleoprotein immaturity in recurrent abortion male spouses

摘要 目的探讨精子核质量与复发性流产的相关性。方法以复发性流产的男性配偶为研究对象,以健康体检男性为对照组,检测精子核蛋白不成熟度,比较两组间的差异。结果病例组54例均值为28.65±13.41%,对照组54例均值为23.37±7.60%,配对T检验P值为0.011。结论精子核蛋白不成熟度与复发性流产相关。 Objective: To discuss the correlation between the quality of sperm nucleus and recurrent miscarriage. Methods: The research group were recurrent abortion male spouses. The control group were health check-up men. Sperm nucleoprotein immaturity was detected. The differences between the two groups were compared. Results: Both groups were 54 cases.The average value of the sperm nucleoprotein immaturity was 28.65±13.41% in the research group and 23.37±7.60% in the control group.The matching T test P value Was 0.011. Conclusion: The sperm nucleoprotein immaturity is associated with recurrent miscarriage.
