摘要 采用具有冷水可溶性的改性淀粉与羟丙基胍胶作为复合稠化剂,辅以其它添加剂,制备了一种新型水基复合压裂液。利用高温高压流变仪研究了交联剂、温度稳定剂与稠化剂加量对复合压裂液耐温性影响规律。结果表明,使用有机硼锆作为压裂液的交联剂时,在170 s-1剪切速率下,冻胶粘度稳定,耐温能力达160℃;另外,温度稳定剂硫代硫酸钠较邻苯二胺更能显著改善复合压裂液的耐温性能。 A novel water-based fracturing fluid was prepared by using mixing hydroxypropylguar gum and modified starch with solubility in cold water, and adding the other additives.Effects of cross-linking agents, temperature stabilizers and thickening agents on temperature-stable ability of complex fracturing fluids were investigated via rheometer with high temperature and high pressure. Results showed that the cross-linking fracturing fluid had a good viscosity stability and temperature-stable ability reach 160 ℃ at shear rate of 170 s-1,when organic boron zirconium cross-linking agent was used. In addition, temperature-stable ability could be observably improved by adding sodium thiosulfate comparing with o-phenylenediamine.
