摘要
美国1996年研制的《英语语言文学标准》,是20世纪80年代标准化运动的结果。其中12条原则旨在规范与指引联邦各州语言文字课程的教学与创造。2010年问世的《共同核心州立标准·英语语言文学标准》则在"为未来大学和就业做好准备"双重目标主导下,对中小学英语语言文学课程内容及教学进行重新建构。它以阅读能力培养为核心,提出通过文学性文本、信息性文本的教学,以及新技术能力学习,造就具有新一代科学技术素养的国家公民。
English Language Arts (ELA) standard made in 1996 was the achievement of standardizing movement in the 1980s in America. The twelve principles in it are aimed at regularizing and guiding the teaching and creation of English language arts in the states. Common Core States Standards for English Language Arts made in 2010 reconstructed the curriculum content on English language arts in elementary and secondary schools, with the dual objectives of college and career. It takes developing reading skills as the core. Through teaching with literary, informational texts, and the learning of new technology ability, it brings up citizens of a new generation with science and technology literacy.
