摘要
发展专业学位研究生教育作为教育部最近几年出台的一系列政策之一,对研究生招生结构及就业导向等诸方面具有重要意义。本文针对专业硕士研究生教育与培养模式改革和师资队伍建设等方面进行了探讨,提出存在问题和改革设想,为构建全日制专业硕士学位研究生培养新模式提供建议及对策。
The development of professional degree graduate education, one of the most important policies issued by the Ministry of Education of China in recent years, is significant in many aspects, such as the structural adjustment of graduate admissions and the employment orientation. This paper discusses a few aspects including the education and training mode reform for professional-degree graduates and the faculty and staff development in accordance with the characteristics of full-time professional-degree graduate students. It also puts forward suggestions for building a new model of professional graduate education and training.
