摘要
目的 :观察普拉固、低分子肝素、氯比格雷联合应用治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 :70例不稳定型心绞痛病人分为两组———观察组和对照组。观察组给于普拉固、低分子肝素和氯比格雷联合治疗 ,对照组用硝酸甘油静滴 ,两组均辅以硝酸脂类、钙拮抗剂、β 受体阻滞剂及辅酶θ10,用药两周 ,治疗前及治疗的第一周均作心电图检查 ,结束时再作心电图。结果 :观察组总有效率91 2 % ,对照组总有效率62 8 %。两组总有效率经统计学处理P<0 01 ,有显著性差异 ,说明观察组的疗效优于对照组。结论 :普拉固、低分子肝素、氯比格雷联合应用治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效肯定 ,在改善症状、心电图及降脂祛斑、抗血栓形成方面均起到了积极作用 ,减少了该病向急性心肌梗死及猝死方面的发展。
Objective:To observe the effect in treatment of unstable angina pectoris with pravastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin and clopidogrel.Methods:Seventy patients with unstable angina pectoris were divided into two groups nemely observational group and comparative group.The observational group was treated with pravastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin and clopidogrel.The comparative group was treated with nitroglycerin.The two groups were both used with isosorbit.nitrate.metoprolol and coenzyme θ10 for two weeks to adjuvant treatment.The electrocardiogram of every patients befor treatment and the first weeks of treamtment as well as the end of treatment was examined respectively.Results:The total effective rate of the observational group was 91.2%,it was 62.8% in the comparative group,there was significant defference between the two groups(P<0 01).The results showed that the curative effect of observational group was superior to the comparative group.Conclusion:Pravastatin combined with low molecular weight heparin and clopidogrel in treatment of unstable angina pectoris show effective and reliable.The treatment can lessen the symptom,improve the ECG,decrease the lipid and thrombsis,so it may reduce the progress of this pathological change towards acute myocardial infarction and sudden death.
