摘要 阐述了油石用磨料(金刚石、CBN、刚玉、碳化硅)的物理、化学和力学特性以及超硬磨料(金刚石、CBN)珩磨油石的制备和应用。论述了珩磨油石的性能(磨料种类、磨料粒度、油石硬度)与被加工零件材料之间的相关性。总体而言,超硬珩磨油石——金刚石和CBN油石的应用越来越广泛,也给珩磨加工带来了很大发展。可是,金刚石和CBN珩磨油石所用粘结剂配方很难标准化,加上被加工零件材质和精度要求的多样性,使制备的油石性能与被加工零件的匹配性难以把握,也给油石制备研究增加了复杂性。目前,油石性能与被加工零件材质之间的匹配性研究尚缺乏。 This paper introduces the physical , chemical property and mechanical behaviors of abrasive material for oil -stone(diamond, CBN, adamantine spar and silicon carbide) and the preparation and application of honing oil -stone made of superhard material( diamond and CBN). The correlation between the performance of honing oil - stone ( abrasive species; abrasive grain size and hardness of oil- stone) and worked material is discussed. In general, superhard honing oil - stones ( diamond and CBN) are used more and more extensively and develop the honing. The matching of honing oil - stone performance and work parts is not sure because it is hard to standardize the cementing formulation of honing oil - stone made of diamond and CBN. The research of oil - stone manufacturing is more complex due to the variety of parts material and accuracy. There is a lack of research on matching of honing oil - stone performance and worked material nowadays.
