摘要
为攻克薄煤层由于空间狭小带来的"三机"配套困难技术难题,对薄煤层综合机械化成套设备进行研究,成功研制最低采高0.8 m的薄煤层双滚筒采煤机综采成套设备,实现工作面双向割煤、自开缺口、跟机及时移架支护顶板,对断层等地质条件变化适应能力强。
To overcome the technical problems of "three machines" (coal wining machine, conveyor and stage loader) due to limit space in thin seam,complete sets of equipment in fully-mechanized mining in thin coal seam was researched. A set of thin seam double drum shearer mechanized mining equipment,whose minimum mining height is 0.8 m,was successfully developed. It can achieve bidirectional coal cutting, opening gap and supports supporting the roof in time when the machines are moved, and has strong adaptability to the change of geological conditions.
