血浆UⅡ、NO、MDA、Hcy及Ang与糖尿病肾病的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨血浆人尾加压素Ⅱ(UⅡ)、一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、半胱氨酸(Hcy)及血管生成素(Ang)与糖尿病肾病的关系。方法选取2012年1月-2013年12月本院收治的88例糖尿病肾病患者为观察组,同时以88名健康同龄人为对照组,检测比较两组血浆UⅡ、NO、MDA、Hcy及Ang水平,并以Logistic法分析各指标与糖尿病肾病的关系。结果观察组的血浆NO低于对照组,血浆UⅡ、MDA、Hcy及Ang水平则高于对照组;经Logistic分析显示,上述血浆指标与糖尿病肾病均有密切关系(P〈0.05)。结论糖尿病肾病患者的血浆UⅡ、NO、MDA、Hcy及Ang呈现异常的状态,可作为监测疾病进展的有效指标。 Objective To explore the relationship between the plasma human urotensin Ⅱ( U Ⅱ),nitric oxide( NO),malondialdehyde( MDA),cysteine( Hcy) and angiogenin( Ang) and diabetic nephropathy. Methods Total 88 patients who were suffering from diabetic nephropathy and receiving treatment in our hospital from Jan. 2012 to Dec. 2013 were selected to form an observation group,and 88 healthy age cohorts were selected to form a control group. The plasma levels of UⅡ,NO,MDA,Hcy and Ang of the patients in both groups were examined and compared,and Logistic method was used to analyze the relationship between the indexes and diabetic nephropathy. Results In the observation group,the plasma level of NO was lower than that in the control group,while the plasma levels of UⅡ,MDA,Hcy and Ang were higher than those in the control group. The Logistic analysis revealed that there were close relationships between these plasma indexes and diabetic nephropathy( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion Any abnormal state of plasma levels of UⅡ,NO,MDA,Hcy and Ang of the patients with diabetic nephropathy may be taken as an effective index to monitor the progression of the disease.
