摘要
目的比较细丝弓技术和直丝弓技术矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合的疗效。方法选择2009年1月—2012年12月于苏州市立医院东区口腔科治疗结束的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者30例,其中15例采用细丝弓技术治疗,15例采用直丝弓技术治疗,对两组患者治疗前后的模型测量和头影测量结果进行分析比较。结果两组病例在治疗后均恢复了正常的咬合关系,在垂直关系和矢状关系上均无明显差异;细丝弓技术治疗组中下切牙与下颌平面所成角的减少比直丝弓技术治疗组少;治疗疗程以及复诊次数的比较上,细丝弓技术明显低于直丝弓技术组。结论细丝弓技术治疗安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合具有治疗时间短、疗效好的优势,但是对于下前牙角度的控制较为薄弱。
Objective To evaluate the effect of the treatment of the Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion by the light wire and straight wire technique. Methods 30 adolescents of the Class N division 1 malocclusion were selected. They were treated with light wire tech- nique（15） and straight wire technique （15）respectively. Model measurement and cephalomctric radiographs were taken and analyzed before and after treatment. Statistical method was used to determine if there were significant differences between the 2 techniques. Re- suits There was no significant difference in the sagittal and vertical relationship. They all gained a good occlusion after treatment. The L1 - MP decreased less in the light wire technique group than in the straight wire technique group. Average treatment time in the light wire technique group was shorter than the other group. Conclusions Light wire technique is a clinically effective method for correcting the Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion,while it might he weak in the lower incisors control after the treatment.
