摘要
本文报告了1例发生于右上颌牙龈的腺泡细胞癌病例,并回顾相关文献,总结口腔颌面部异位腺泡细胞癌的临床及病理特点。口腔颌面部异位腺泡细胞癌生长缓慢,或有疼痛、神经麻木,治疗以手术为首选,复发和转移率不高,必要时辅以放化疗。
To summarize the clinical and pathological characteristics of heterotopic acinic cell carcinoma of oromaxillo-facial region. A case of acinic cell carcinoma of gingiva was reported and the relevant literatures were reviewed and analyzed. The heterotopic acinic cell carcinoma grows slowly. Clinical symptom is pain or numbness. Surgery is the main means of treatment. Radiotherapy or chemotherapy is added after operation if necessary. The recurrence rate is low and malignant transformation is rare.
