摘要
针对全承载半挂车设计中存在的问题,选择两种骨架截面尺寸设计方案,运用ANSYS软件计算了两种方案的应力和变形,增大截面尺寸可使最大位移、最大应力减小约50%,质量增加19.74%。适宜的骨架截面尺寸可在方案一与方案二之间选取。
Counting in the problems existed in the design of full load semi-trailer, the stress and deformation of the frame are calculated with ANSYS for the two different plans of frame section sizes. It is shown that the maximum displacement and stress can be reduced by 50% with the increase of cross section size, meanwhile the mass of the frame is increased by 19.74%.the practical cross section size of the frame can be chosen between the two plans.
