摘要
在A8地块商业楼的建筑给排水设计中,全程运用BIM技术,采用Revit MEP软件完成各管道系统的系统原理图、平面图及卫生间大样的设计;BIM技术含有的协同设计、管线综合和碰撞检测、参数化设计等功能在设计过程中得到全方面应用;最后按照《建筑给水排水制图标准》,完成传统二维模式出图。这是一次独立运用BIM技术全程完成建筑给排水设计的实践,在设计过程中找出具体存在问题,并对BIM技术在建筑给排水设计中的应用进行展望及总结。
In the plumbing system design of A8 commercial building, the BIM technology was used during whole process. Revit MEP software was used to complete the system principle map of pipe system, ground plan, and the specific design of the toilet. The functions in BIM, including co- operative design, pipeline layout, collision test, and parameter design, were used in the design process to full advantage. Finally, a traditional two-direction model was completed according to Standard for water supply and drainage drawings. This is a practice that BIM was used to com- plete the building plumbing system design independently. Some problems during the design were figured out and the experience and future of building plumbing system design by BIM were summa- rized.
