基于无模型控制的风电机组独立变桨距控制

INDIVIDUAL PITCH CONTROL OF WIND TURBINE BASED ON MODEL-FREE ADAPTIVE CONTROL

摘要 针对大型风电机组强外部扰动和无法准确建模等问题,提出无模型自适应(MFA)独立变桨距控制技术,控制器设计充分考虑机组模型的非线性问题,通过优化内部参数使系统克服时变及非线性,满足系统动态和稳态要求。在额定风速以上时,通过调节发电机转矩维持额定功率输出稳定,通过调节桨距角实现减载,以3 MW风电机组为实验对象,基于Blade软件对该控制策略和传统PID控制策略进行仿真比较。结果表明,这种新控制策略可有效稳定风电机组输出功率和降低机组载荷。 With the increasing of wind turbine size and rotor diameter. Dynamic unbalance load and output power become a key in large scale wind turbine design. It' s approved that the pitch control can impact on the rotor loads. It' s difficult to build the exact model and nonlinear character of rotor. The MFA (Model Free Adapt) individual pitch controller was developed in to mitigate the rotor unbalance load for variable speed wind turbine. The controller was simulated based on a 3 MW variable speed wind turbine model. The loads were compared between traditional PID control and MFA control of the individual pitch control. The result showed that the MFA optimal individual pitch control has better effect of reducing loads and making output power stability than traditional PID control
